HAPPY HOLIDAYS
This is the best time of year to say THANK YOU and to wish you and your families a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! We wish you much success, good health and happiness in 2021!
Please be safe this holiday season. 2020 has been a crazy year and COVID-19 is still very prevalent across the United States. So, please remember to wear a face covering when you are in public or among any number of people, practice your social distancing and refrain from large family gatherings, and use hand sanitizer and wash your hands often.
Cheers to a safer and healthier 2021!
MEET OUR DECKER DRIVER ADVISORY COUNCIL
The Driver Advisory Council (DAC) is a newly formed group of professional Drivers and company Leaders who meet monthly. They discuss and solve items related to Drivers and their challenges encountered on a day-to day basis. The DAC plays an important role in bringing fresh perspective and recommendations to challenging issues. This process also helps the Management Team listen to and include the driving force while focusing on successful company decisions.
The Council is comprised of 10 Drivers and a few office employees. More office members of diverse departments and the Executive Team are invited to answer specific questions and update the group on current and future changes within the organization. Together they move forward to ensure the success that Decker has known for the past 90 years. Currently the Drivers on the Council are:
Charles Ghan, Midwest Reefer Division
Tom Melton, Midwest Flatbed Division
Shawn Swallows, Owner Operator/Lease Purchase
Todd Ouverson, Midwest Reefer Division
Anthony Vasquez, Southern Flatbed Division
Charles Baker, Owner Operator/Lease Purchase
Felix Perez, Southern Flatbed Division
James Stuhlberg, West Reefer Division
Art Clubb, West Reefer Division
Greg Narcisco, Midwest Flatbed
If you have any questions or issues that you would like addressed by the Driver Council, please contact any one of these Drivers. They are always willing and able to help. They are acting on behalf and have the best interest of all Decker Drivers.
